Text to Video (T2V) offers both rental stores and customers alike a high level of confidence when renting and using a Billy Goat. This technology provides access via mobile device to a brief 90-second on-demand operator training vignette by simply texting a text word to the number 33988*. T2V information is prominently displayed on the machine from the operator’s position or directly on the instruction panel. Once texted, a link is sent to the user’s mobile phone, and with a single click, a video tutorial outlining the start and operation of the machine, along with tips is available for viewing.

When rental customers pick up rental equipment, they may not have immediate questions until they’ve left the rental store and are on the jobsite preparing to use it. And rental stores can be relieved of “remind me again” how-to calls that often come after the customer has left the store.
