ONLINE WARRANTY POLICY

Billy Goat Industries warrants all items available for sale on the on-line store against defects in workmanship or material. The length of the warranty period is (90) days. All warranties commence from the date of shipment to final user. The responsibility of Billy Goat Industries under this Warranty is limited to replacement or repair of defective item(s) at Billy Goat Industries, Lee’s Summit, Missouri, USA headquarters. Billy Goat Industries reserves the right to recall the item for inspection to determine the validity of the claim. Any expenses for transportation to process the warranty claim are not reimbursable. Damages resulting from shipping, inappropriate usage, accidents, or failure to operate or maintain the unit according to instructions in the owner’s manual are excluded. Components subject to wear such as blades, filter bags, brushes, etc., are not included in the Warranty. In no event shall Billy Goat Industries be liable for consequential damages arising out of the failure of any item available for the Billy Goat On-Line store.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

RETURN CANCELLATION POLICY

(PLEASE READ CAREFULLY – BILLY GOAT INDUSTRIES STRICTLY ADHERES TO THIS POLICY)

An order may not be cancelled or changed after you click the "submit order" button. When the product arrives you may send it back to us for a refund, but we will not be responsible for paying the return freight.

If, in the unlikely event you happen to receive a defective product, we will pay the return freight and replace the product at no cost to you.

To return a product or report a defective product purchased from the Billy Goat Online Store follow these easy steps.

Contact us by calling us toll free at 800-776-7690 to get a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Ship the product to the address provided by the customer service representative.

 

ONLINE SHIPPING & TAX GUIDELINES:

If your ship to address is in MO, a 7.725% sales tax will be calculated and added to your order and the final total will be sent to you in a confirmation email. Please note that charges for International are for shipping cost only. You will be responsible for all duties, taxes and fees.
